What is Self-care?

It is the act of tending to your physical and mental health needs. Engaging in self-care activities can help with stress management and increase your energy levels.

Things to Remember:

  • Self-care can be big or small.
  • Self-care can look different for everyone.
  • Self-care activities that are helpful for you, may not be helpful for someone else (& vise versa).
