Information for New Clients
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable with this process and take care as much as we can up front so there are no surprises!
We are excited to help you get started! If you have submitted the form below or have left a message for our client coordinator by calling our office, you will hear back in 1-2 business days.
Our dedicated client coordinator spends 10-15 minutes on the phone with each new clients to make sure we make a great therapist recommendation, locate an appointment time, and prepare you for your first visit. If you reached her voicemail, she will be sure to connect with you very soon prepared to provide you with focused attention.
Once you obtain an appointment time, please look out for our intake packet to arrive in your email box from IntakeQ. This will save you time during your first appointment. You will also be invited to your secure client portal. Be sure to bring your ID and insurance card to your first visit! Your therapist will come to get you from the waiting room at your appointment time, so no need to come early! We look forward to meeting you!

We verify your insurance as a courtesy. The client is ultimately responsible for any balances that insurances do not cover.
Any copays, deductibles, co-insurances, or full fees (if you are a private pay client) are due at the time of service.
