Our intake coordinator calls you within one business day. She listens — no forms, no algorithms.
She matches you with a clinician based on your goals, schedule, and insurance — then verifies your benefits.
Show up to Hogback Road or join by secure telehealth. Your therapist is already briefed and ready.
Most of Michigan's major insurance plans accepted.
We verify your benefits before your first visit so there are never any surprises. Here is how each plan works with our practice.
Out-of-network means we don't bill your insurance, but we can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Non-participating means we cannot bill that insurance, nor can you seek reimbursement from it for your own out-of-pocket expenses. You are still welcome to pay out of pocket if you would like to proceed with services.
Out of pocket: If your plan isn't listed, or you'd rather not use insurance, self-pay is always an option.
Heard from the people we work with.
"I'd tried two other practices and never felt heard. The intake coordinator actually listened and found me a therapist who was exactly right. I can't believe the difference."
"Having my therapist and prescriber on the same team changed everything. My medication is actually working now because my prescriber knows what's going on in my sessions."
"The ADHD evaluation was thorough and the results conversation was the first time I actually understood what was going on with me. It changed my life. Worth every step."
Everything you might want to know before reaching out.
Still have questions? Our intake coordinator is happy to talk it through — no commitment required.
Our intake coordinator talks with you before anything else. She listens to what's going on, asks a few questions about your goals and schedule, and matches you with a clinician based on fit — not just availability. She also verifies your insurance so there are no surprises before your first visit.

In-network: We bill your insurance directly, and you pay only your copay, coinsurance, or deductible.
Out-of-network: We don't bill your insurance, but we can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Non-participating: We cannot bill that insurance, nor can you seek reimbursement from it for your own out-of-pocket expenses. You are still welcome to pay out of pocket if you would like to proceed with services.
Both. We see patients in person at our Hogback Road office in Ann Arbor (Suites 17 & 18) and via secure Michigan telehealth. Many patients mix both depending on their week. Your intake coordinator can help figure out which works best for you.
Our ADHD evaluation is a structured, multi-step process: a detailed clinical intake, validated assessment tools, a results conversation where we walk you through the findings, and a written report you can share with schools, employers, or other providers. Most evaluations are completed within two to three appointments.
Yes — this is one of the things that makes us different. Our therapists and prescribers work together here, which means your medication decisions are made with full clinical context, not in a 15-minute appointment with someone who has never met you. You don't have to start over or repeat yourself.
Reach out through our contact form or call us at 734·956·0051. Our intake coordinator will respond within one business day, talk through your match, and get a first appointment on the calendar as soon as a clinician who fits is available. We'll always give you an honest timeline.
That is a completely normal place to start. Our intake coordinator isn't trying to sell you a service — she's trying to figure out whether we are the right fit for what you are dealing with. If we're not, she'll tell you. A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
One conversation. One therapist who actually fits.
Our intake coordinator will listen, verify your insurance, and match you with the right clinician. No portal. No algorithm. Just a real person who cares about the fit.
